What happened
The app couldn't reach Council's servers. This is usually a temporary network issue.
Common causes
- Wi-Fi or cellular data is turned off
- Weak or unstable internet connection
- Temporary server maintenance
- Firewall or VPN blocking the connection
How to fix
- Check that you have an active internet connection
- Try switching between Wi-Fi and cellular data
- Move to an area with better signal
- Wait a moment and try again — the app will automatically retry up to 3 times
Auto-retry enabled
This error triggers automatic retry with exponential backoff (1s, 2s, 4s delays). You'll see a toast notification showing retry progress.
