What happened

The app couldn't reach Council's servers. This is usually a temporary network issue.

Common causes

How to fix

  1. Check that you have an active internet connection
  2. Try switching between Wi-Fi and cellular data
  3. Move to an area with better signal
  4. Wait a moment and try again — the app will automatically retry up to 3 times

Auto-retry enabled

This error triggers automatic retry with exponential backoff (1s, 2s, 4s delays). You'll see a toast notification showing retry progress.
