What happened
The app couldn't complete the key verification process. This is usually a temporary issue.
Common causes
- Temporary network connectivity issue
- Server is momentarily busy
- Connection was interrupted during verification
How to fix
- Check your internet connection
- Try again — this often resolves the issue
- Wait a few minutes and retry
- Restart the Council app
Auto-retry enabled
This error triggers automatic retry with exponential backoff (1s, 2s, 4s delays). You'll see a toast notification showing retry progress.
