Network Data Incomplete
What happened
The network data needed to unlock this network is not available on your device. This can happen for several reasons.
Common causes
- Network was just created and data hasn't finished syncing
- Slow or interrupted internet connection during sync
- Sync is still in progress
- The network was burned (deleted) by the owner while you were offline -- there is no network data left to process
How to fix
- Wait 30 seconds and try again
- Ensure you have a stable internet connection
- If you just received the invitation, give it a moment for the network to fully initialize
- If the network was burned by the owner, it no longer exists. The encryption key was destroyed and all data has been permanently deleted. This is by design -- ask the network owner if they burned it
Auto-retry enabled
This error triggers automatic retry with exponential backoff (1s, 2s, 4s delays). If the network still exists, the sync usually completes within a few seconds. If the network was burned, retries will not resolve the issue.
