Unable to Unlock Network
What happened
The app encountered an error while unlocking the network's encryption.
Common causes
- Corrupted local app data
- App needs to be updated
- Unusual network configuration
- Device storage is full
How to fix
- Tap "Try Again" — sometimes a retry resolves it
- If the problem persists:
- Force close the Council app completely
- Reopen the app and try again
- If it still fails:
- Check for app updates in the App Store / Play Store
- Restart your device
- Reinstall the Council app (your data syncs from the server)
Advanced troubleshooting
- iOS: Settings → General → iPhone Storage → Council → Offload App
- Android: Settings → Apps → Council → Clear Cache (NOT Clear Data)
